چکیده
In vitro cormogenesis is a potential tool for improving saffron production under controlled conditions. this study, the effects of explant type, culture and medium supplements on daughter corm formation in were assessed. Saffron flowers emerged 30 days after culture, sizes in-vitro- ex-vitro-produced stigmas similar. life cycle was completed 10 14 weeks respectively. Using intact corms more effective than using apical buds. Compared with bud explants, mother explants produced higher fresh weight diameter. solid liquid cultures bioreactors provided diameter, regardless type. An ebb flow system highest cormlet diameter but fewest cormlets, whereas an immersion cormlets smaller size. buds cultured salicylic acid at 75 mg L?1 or glutamine 600 exhibited weight.
